Coordinated marketing initiatives for multi-campus university fitness programs. In addition to managing creative projects, I oversaw a small team of designers and a social media specialist, helping guide the development of promotional materials across print and digital channels. Working across several campuses required strong communication, organization, and project management skills, while providing valuable experience leading creative teams.
My responsibilities included delegating creative tasks, coordinating production schedules, and ensuring marketing assets aligned with campaign objectives and brand standards. I collaborated closely with coordinators from multiple departments to develop promotional strategies, support campus events, and identify opportunities where marketing could increase awareness and participation.
