Bi-Lingual Content Developer

As a Bi-Lingual Content Developer within the Learning & Development department, I was responsible for transforming complex healthcare and business information into engaging, accessible training materials for internal teams and brokers. Working across both English and Spanish audiences, I created educational content that supported onboarding, professional development, and operational consistency throughout the organization.

My work included designing presentations, job aids, training guides, multimedia resources, and instructional videos that helped employees and partners better understand products, processes, and compliance requirements. By combining visual communication, storytelling, and instructional design principles, I developed learning experiences that improved engagement, knowledge retention, and usability.
